You might find it attractive for browsing, checking update schedules or submitting your own comic.
The site is a labor of love by Kent Paul Dolan, and it's called Comic Linkmarks.
Note the part about reading comics off the site so as not to overload his server.
I enjoy labor-of-love historical efforts. They're fun for their own sake, but they have a tendency to become invaluable archival sources. I've seen this with one of my own projects, the Gallery of Webcomic Logos at Psychedelic Treehouse. A few titles have already slipped beneath the waves, giving the project a historical aspect I never anticipated.
