Today you are in charge of deciding who will be admitted into the Cartoonists Union, qualifying them for its renowned "one yank" dental plan.
To be admitted, the applicant must produce a cartoon, and each has submitted a specimen of their work (above) as their application.
Who gets in?
(Don't misunderstand. I'm not making implications about anyone's work. This is a thought question about the boundaries of cartooning.)
